Resumen

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are a relatively new type of online courses characterized by their ability to reach massive amounts of learners. Open Educational Resources (OERs) are freely available, openly licensed materials that are useful for teaching, learning, and research. In the last years, both MOOCs and OERs have steadily increased its presence in online learning, especially in higher education. Their massive and open reach have also raised the need of designing them accessible to learners with disabilities. Nevertheless, new approaches are necessary to use them successfully in the context of corporate training where the goal is to facilitate employees learning of job-related competencies within their company culture and goals. This paper proposes an ecosystem to have a sustainable mechanism to enable accessible MOOCs and OERs deployment in corporate training contexts. The proposed ecosystem includes three stages: develop, publish and improve.
